DIY Flowers for your wedding?
Weddings. They’re expensive, no doubt about it and flowers can be one of the items to put you over your budget. One of my besties is getting married in the near future and we decided to attend a “flower placing” class at Sweet Pea & Noelle. We walked in thinking it couldn’t be that hard as we are all fairly crafty… we were wrong! The class was a blast, we browsed the gorgeous dresses and looked through stunning jewelry all with some complimentary bubbly!
The outcome however was not quite what we thought. Daisy & Bird Floral Design provided us with stunning flowers and great instruction on how to make the bouquets what we wanted, so there were no complaints there, which means I put the blame on us!
To sum up the night, I would highly recommend attending with your ladies. It was fun, different and an eye opener (we have decided to leave the flowers to the professionals.) Once home, I did re arrange the flowers in a vase and actually impressed myself with the outcome, what do you think of my main photo?
